✿⁠ Returns & Exchanges ✿⁠

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales at Trinket Bodega are final. Many of our products are limited edition or small-batch, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Who covers return shipping?
On the rare occasion that an exception is made outside our no-return policy, the buyer is responsible for any return or reshipment shipping costs.

⟡ Delivery Issues ⟡

My package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Once a package is marked delivered, Trinket Bodega is not legally responsible for missing packages. The next step is to reach out to the delivery service directly. That said, we’re happy to help guide you through filing an investigation or claim with USPS or UPS, most carriers will attempt to locate your package.

I entered the wrong shipping address by accident, can I change it?
Contact us immediately and include your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. While this is possible it is not guaranteed. 

What if my package was delivered to the wrong address because of the shipping information I entered?
We’re unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer input. Double-check your shipping details at checkout to help avoid this situation.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll get an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder just in case.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us immediately and include your order number. While this is possible it is not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible, so it’s best to double-check everything before submitting your order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are packed with care and dispatched anywhere from same day up to 3 business days after purchase.

When will I receive my package?
Every order comes with a tracking number sent to the email used at checkout. You can use this number to follow your package and see its estimated delivery date.

Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS, with UPS as an available option.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Trinket Bodega only ships within the United States.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing each item safely and ensuring all items are reviewed for quality before shipping. If something arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes! Trinket Bodega is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. We work directly with makers and companies to source items intentionally and authentically, we do not resell products.

What kinds of products do you carry?
We specialize in a curated mix of heritage trinket and collectible brands like Monchhichi, Calico Critters, and Miffy, alongside stationery, art, and accessories from independent artists and small brands.

Do products ever vary slightly from photos?
We do our very best to represent each product as accurately as possible, but sometimes styles, colors, and tiny details may vary. We promise your order will be just as delightful but we can’t guarantee exact matches to every photo.
